Name: Lepraria neglecta
Common Name: Zoned Dust Lichen
Family: Stereocaulaceae
Collection Date: September 22, 2016
Habitat: Found on Cliffside rock near a river/creek
Location: South Chagrin Nature Reservation
Description: Blue-green to almost a white color. Looks to be a crustose lichen because of it very bumpy and distinct characteristics.
Key Used: Common Lichens of Ohio Field Guide
Key Steps: Intro key p 3, crustose lichen p 13-21, found the one that looks most like the one that I originally saw on the rock(do not have a picture from the initial findings).
