Name: Parmotrema stuppeum
Common Name: Powder-edged Ruffle Lichen
Family: Permeliaceae
Collection Date: September 15, 2016
Habitat: Found growing on the bark of a living tree
Location: Nelson Ledges
Description: Has a white green color, looked very "frilly" or very ruffled
Key Used:  Common Lichens of Ohio Field Guide
Key Steps: Intro Key p 3, Foliose Lichens p 24-56, looked at what was closest to the initial sample to identify lichen(don't have the initial sample picture)(PCR was also used with no findings yet)
